Overview:

You will take a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand, managing campus and social media initiatives, and driving internal culture-related activities. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement through creative project development, training programs, and branding strategies. This role requires a proactive and adaptable personality with a flair for creativity, strong collaboration skills, and flexibility in handling various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative strategies for building and promoting Trend Micro’s employer brand across diverse platforms, including social media.
  • Partner with universities for campus recruitment efforts, build lasting relationships, and promote Trend Micro as an employer of choice among young talent.
  • Manage social media content to ensure alignment with company branding and engagement strategies. Create compelling posts, designs, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Support the design and implementation of employee development and training programs, promoting continuous learning and growth across the company.
  • Drive and execute programs and initiatives that foster Trend Micro’s values, ensuring the alignment of organizational culture with business goals.
  • Lead and contribute to various HR initiatives, events, and cultural activities that enhance collaboration, innovation, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employer branding, training, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing campaigns or content.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in writing and communication.
  • Content design skills and experience with social media management tools are a plus.
