Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and drive strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives, ensuring timely and quality hiring outcomes.
2. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including partnering with hiring managers to define job scopes, implementing effective sourcing strategies, optimizing selection tools, and enhancing candidate experience.
3. Responsible for supporting daily HR operations and ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery, including new hire onboarding, labor and health insurance enrollment/withdrawal, preparation and handling of employee entry/exit documents, and other staffing-related activities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute branding activities aimed at generating a talent pipeline to meet the company's needs.
5. Stay up-to-date with and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and internal control standards.
6. Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management.
2. 8+ years of solid experience in HR, with hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment; prior experience in technical talent acquisition is preferred.
3. Proficient in Mandarin(required) and able to communicate in conversational English.
4. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
5. Solid knowledge of human resources concepts and familiarity with HR administration.
