Job Description:

Main Tasks:

  • Manage administrative agenda across the employee life cycle.

  • Update HR systems and tracking files to maintain a high level of HR data accuracy.

  • Provide timely and accurate information to employees by clarifying issues, researching answers and escalating unresolved issues.

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

  • Administration of Time & Attendance system.

  • Liaise with Payroll Department and prepare supporting documentation for payroll processing.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of new HR administrative processes and policies.

  • Support in organisational development activities

  • All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2+ years experience in Personnel Administration required

  • 2+ years experience in hiring in production/Manufacturing required

  • Competency for handling multiple competing tasks and deadlines

  • Experience interacting with and maintaining confidential information

  • Fluency in Czech and English
