Job Description
The Role in Brief
The HR Specialist will be responsible for all HR-related initiatives and will report directly to Global HR Projects Manager based at New Delhi Office.
- The purpose of QIMA HR is to support every part of our business by ensuring we have highly motivated, capable, and dedicated teams in place to achieve our QIMA mission.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for Greater Asia region, up to 80 -100 hires annually.
- Collaborate closely with line managers to ensure a seamless hiring process, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- Manage employee information in HR system, make sure the data is updated and accurate.
- Act as HR contact point for employees under assigned perimeter.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events, enhancing team cohesion and morale.
- Support local administrative and C&B matters, contributing to overall organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent command of English communication, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR especially in recruitment, with a proven hiring record.
- Knowledge of SAP, LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities.
- Humble, enthusiastic and rigorous, with a taste for the field.
- Previous exposure to using AI at work or a strong personal acquaintance with AI products.
