HR Specialist
This position is responsible for recruiting applicants and onboarding. The human resources specialist will help guide employees through new hire procedures and answer questions about policies. This individual will also be responsible for payroll changes that are needed and handle associate questions on recruiting and onboarding.
Provide day-to-day functions for department and hiring managers
Process all employee and manager changes
Assist in developing recruiting strategies
Manage and run the recruiting and onboarding for all potential and new associates
Collaborate with hiring managers and department managers with regards to new hires
Oversee all new hires documentation
Ensure compliance with all aspects of recruiting and labor law
Other duties, as assigned
Experience with recruiting; onboarding; new hire inquiries
Proficiency with reports for turnover; diversity
Capability of handling and meeting deadlines; and prioritizing in fast-paced environment with a heavy volume
Ability to multitask and work well with others in solving problems
