Job Summary
The HR Solutions Services Associate III is responsible for providing workforce administration and HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role manages employee records, HR transactions, onboarding and offboarding processes, data accuracy in alignment with client company policy and compliance rules, and status updates on the HR Transactions. The HR Solutions Services Associate III ensures timely and accurate HR service delivery while maintaining compliance with client and Conduent company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, internal transfers, promotions, organizational changes, personal data changes and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and databases.
- Ensure employee data is updated promptly and accurately.
- Generate employment-related documents and letters as required.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Provide first-level HR support and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure data integrity within HR Information Systems, via own input or via peer-check.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Follow established HR processes and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Offshore HR operations, workforce administration, shared services, or a similar role.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Employee Central/ SuccessFactors, SAP, SNOW, HRX, SharePoint.
- Strong English language skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.
