This pivotal role will be a member of the HR Services Leadership team and will serve as a trusted advisor, problem solver and execution partner, helping to drive strategic initiatives, facilitate communication, and streamline operations for the HR Services Leadership team. The duties of the Enablement lead will vary but will involve project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional team coordination.
What you'll do
Strategic Planning & Execution: Acts as a strategic partner and advisor to the Director of HR Services and the leadership team. Drives strategy forward through facilitation of leadership meetings, decision making and cross functional alignment, translating organizational goals into actionable plans, monitoring progress on key initiatives, and ensuring accountability for achieving milestones.
Data Analysis & Insights: Use Excel and other tools to analyze HR data, identify trends, and generate insights to inform decision-making.
Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance collaboration, and increase efficiency across the global HR Services organization. Act as a point of escalation for high priority operational initiatives and issues to enable resolution and achievement of deliverables.
Communications & Change Management: Coordinate internal HR Services communication to ensure a consistent and clear message. Bring structure to ambiguous or complex projects and initiatives. Create high-impact presentations that distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across HR and various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field.
7+ years HR or project management experience, preferably with large companies.
Experience in a shared service environment.
Experience with facilitation, tracking deliverables, and managing timelines.
