- Monitor and execute active workflows to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution according to internal SLOs.
- Maintain a solid understanding of business unit strategies to provide relevant support
- Actively maintain Support Services queue through HR applications (Workday and ServiceNow)
- Assist the HR Service Desk as next level support for escalations
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external team members to ensure integrated approach to HR services including but not limited to the facilitation of pre-hire qualification process, onboarding, transfers, terminations, random screening, and credentialing process.
- Additional duties outside of Workday and ServiceNow, to be identified
- Process Optimization & CIs: Identify process improvements opportunities to make workflows under scope more efficient.
- Resolve complex Tier 2 tickets from employees, managers, and HRBPs regarding Workday transactions.
- Troubleshoot system errors, investigating stuck business processes and security or access issues.
- Act as a functional advisor, guiding the HR community on system best practices and company policies.
