⚙️ What You Will Do?
- Be the welcoming first point of contact for RH Aero West, greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, managing mail and deliveries, and helping maintain a professional front-office experience.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support by coordinating meetings, managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and keeping records organized and up to date.
- Support core HR processes, including onboarding, employee file maintenance, benefits administration support, and training coordination.
- Maintain employee information in HR systems with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
- Assist with recruiting coordination by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting a smooth candidate experience.
- Help process payroll updates, personnel changes, employee documentation, and other HR-related transactions.
- Respond to employee questions, provide helpful guidance, and connect employees with the right HR resources when needed.
- Coordinate office activities, meetings, employee events, and special projects that support the broader HR and site team.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while staying organized, responsive, and adaptable.
- Handle sensitive employee and company information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
🎯 What You Will Bring?
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, office administration, customer service, or a similar support-focused role.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep information accurate and easy to access.
- Clear communication skills and a professional, approachable style when interacting with employees, visitors, and candidates.
- A service-oriented mindset with the ability to respond thoughtfully, follow through, and create a positive experience for others.
- The ability to balance multiple priorities, stay flexible, and adapt as business needs change.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee and company information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
