Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources Consulting team at Mercer. This role can be based in Lisbon or Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Collaborate and manage projects mainly within Rewards, including: Compensation Benchmark Analysis, Salary Bands definition, Variable Remuneration Analysis and Model Design, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity & Transparency, etc.
- Develop analysis (sometimes complex) based on client and market data using excel and prepare client presentations/ reports by using powerpoint;
- Participate in the development and production of Mercer’s Total Compensation Surveys;
- Lead presentations, interact with clients and contribute to the development of strong business relations;
- Identify and follow leads, prepare and deliver proposals and act as a contributor for business development.
What you need to have:
- Degree in Management, Mathematics, Engineering, HR or similar;
- 2/3 years of experience working with compensation/total rewards;
- English and Portuguese language proficiency;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and particularly Excel;
- Analytical/ Numbers-oriented thinking;
- Organized and rigorous;
- Team player and capable of multi-tasking.
