We are seeking a skilled and results-driven HR Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is essential in shaping impactful people initiatives by planning and executing HR projects, internal events, and policy development. The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources, project coordination, and employee engagement, with experience in creating internal policies and driving cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, enhancing company culture, and supporting exceptional employee experience. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, organize, and execute internal HR events such as onboarding programs, engagement activities, trainings, and company-wide initiatives. 
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal rules in compliance with legal standards and organizational values. 
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to align project goals with broader business and culture strategies. 
  • Oversee end-to-end project management—from planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation—ensuring timelines and goals are met. 
  • Coordinate internal communications related to HR initiatives, ensuring clear and consistent messaging. 
  • Monitor project performance, gather feedback, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Ensure HR documentation is up to date and accessible for all stakeholders. 
  • Support change management efforts tied to HR initiatives and company growth. 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, project management, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record in planning and executing projects or events within an HR or corporate setting. 
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. 
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. 
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
