What You Will Do
The Human Resources (HR) Program Manager drives the planning and execution of strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals. You will oversee programs from concept to launch, managing key elements like kickoff, charter, schedule, budget, and risks. These programs support global growth, cross-functional improvements, team development, and process enhancements, all aimed at advancing the company’s strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Program Management
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of programs and projects.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and track detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure progress alignment.
- Lead and facilitate regular team meetings to ensure project momentum.
- Communication and Reporting
- Create reports and communication tools to keep stakeholders informed of program status and deliverables.
- Act as the main point of contact for briefings, ensuring program quality, compliance, and escalation of key issues.
- Recommend corrective actions to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Program Management Administration
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure program consistency and compliance.
- Track and implement program improvements in collaboration with team members.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine processes and increase program impact.
- Educate team members on best practices for using project management tools.
What You Will Bring
- Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management or related field.
- Preferred Degree: MBA or Master’s degree in Program Management.
- Years of Experience: 5-7 years.
- Preferred Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification.
