Currently, we are looking for an HR& Payroll Specialist with Italian
Job location:
• Wrocław or remotely from Poland
Main responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
Maintaining and updating employee records related to payroll, benefits, and other HR and TM related information.
Managing employee benefits programs, time team data, health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.
HR-related document preparation
Ensuring activities are following the required deadlines.
Main tools
Good Excel skills

SAP SuccessFactors (preferred but not mandatory)

An ideal candidate should have:
Ability to handle and maintain employee databases, ensuring the accuracy and security of information.
Italian language will be an asset
High analytical skills, mature and responsible for delivering tasks on time and to the highest quality standards
