Currently, we are looking for an HR& Payroll Specialist with Italian

 

Job location:

•    Wrocław or remotely from Poland

Main responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

  • Maintaining and updating employee records related to payroll, benefits, and other HR and TM related information.

  • Managing employee benefits programs, time team data, health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.

  • HR-related document preparation

  • Ensuring activities are following the required deadlines.

Main tools

  • Good Excel skills

  • Outlook

  • SAP SuccessFactors  (preferred but not mandatory)

  • other HR information system

 

An ideal candidate should have:

  • Ability to handle and maintain employee databases, ensuring the accuracy and security of information.

  • Italian language will be an asset

  • High analytical skills, mature and responsible for delivering tasks on time and to the highest quality standards
