We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team in Serbia. This role combines HR administration, payroll processing, and compliance oversight, ensuring seamless HR operations while maintaining adherence to Serbian labour laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing and Financial Administration:

·       Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

·       Monitor and report monthly PTO, sick leave, and taxable medical benefit amounts.

·       Process travel expense reimbursements in compliance with Serbian tax regulations.

·       Maintain accurate records of employee expenses for financial reporting and tax purposes.

·       Generate and distribute payslips and payroll reports, ensuring compliance with Serbian payroll regulations.

·       Monitor employee changes/bank account updates and address changes and prepare necessary documentation to handle such changes when applicable.

·       Prepare and submit tax administration forms (PEP / PPP_PO forms) and other regulatory filings to Serbian authorities.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, business administration, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing in Serbia.

·       Strong knowledge of Serbian payroll regulations, tax administration, and social security obligations.

·       Experience working with HRIS and payroll software.

·       Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential data.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Serbian and English.
