Why This Role Matters
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in partnering with business leaders to execute Goodyear’s people strategy and drive organizational success. You will help shape a high-performing, inclusive workplace by supporting leadership development, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will align HR initiatives with business priorities while fostering a culture that enables both people and the business to thrive.
What You'll Do
Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance, drive organizational change, and support business objectives.
Lead initiatives across talent management, leadership development, organizational design, employee engagement, and DE&I.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Shared Services to deliver seamless HR solutions throughout the employee lifecycle.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and career development initiatives.
Coach and advise managers and employees on performance, development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide insights that support data-driven business decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor legislation while contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar strategic HR role.
Strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and experience managing employee relations matters.
Proven ability to partner with business leaders to drive talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning initiatives.
Strong coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics and data to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
