  • Serve as a collaborative thought partner on global initiatives to help the business evolve strategically.

  • Work across regions to align on shared goals, building connection, trust, and impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience enabling organizational design and guiding teams through change with confidence and care.

  • Collaborative, influential, and skilled at building strong relationships across levels.

  • Ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and make thoughtful, data-informed decisions.

  • Integrity, transparency, and leading by example with kindness and accountability.

  • Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn in a changing environment.

  • Passion for nurturing inclusive, high-performing teams and creating meaningful impact for people and business alike.

We are actively looking for talents in three locations: Belgium, Luxembourg, and Romania. Due to the regional scope and local legislation requirements, our language and labor law expectations vary by location:

  • If you are based in Belgium: Fluency in English and Dutch is required. Proficiency in French is a strong asset.
