The HR Partner, KSA will provide hands-on HR support to the Saudi Arabia business, partnering closely with the HR Lead to deliver core people priorities across talent processes, engagement, Saudization, HR operations, and change initiatives.
This role is intended for a strong HR professional with solid HR experience, good knowledge of Saudi labor practices, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to execute HR priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment. The role will act as a trusted support partner to the HR Lead.
Key Responsibilities:1. HR Business Support and Stakeholder Partnership
Support the HR Lead in delivering the people agenda for Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with business priorities and HR ways of working.
Build effective working relationships with business leaders, people managers, employees, and HR partners across the matrix.
Provide practical HR guidance to managers and employees on routine people matters, escalating complex or sensitive cases to the HR Lead as appropriate.
Support the preparation of HR updates, dashboards, people insights, and follow-up actions where needed
2. HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle
Support key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, documentation, exits, and employee data updates.
Support HR reporting, audit readiness, employee documentation, and data quality across relevant HR systems and local records.
Coordinate with payroll, benefits, medical insurance, government relations, and other support functions to ensure a positive employee experience.
Apply HR policies consistently and help ensure alignment with Saudi labor law, internal compliance standards, and company values.
Coordinate with Legal, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition when needed to resolve HR matters effectively.
Maintain appropriate confidentiality, documentation discipline, and sound judgment when handling employee information or sensitive cases.
3. Local HR Requirements
Support the monitoring and follow-up of Saudization priorities, including workforce data, action tracking, and compliance-related reporting.
Work with relevant internal and external partners on Saudi government platforms and employment requirements and related systems where applicable.
Stay informed of relevant Saudi HR, labor, and compliance updates and highlight potential implications to the HR Lead.
4. Talent, Engagement and Change Support
Support the execution of the talent agenda, including talent review preparation, development action follow-up, succession planning inputs, and agreed people priorities.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring processes
Support engagement, culture, and change initiatives by coordinating plans, tracking actions, and helping managers communicate and implement changes effectively.
Contribute practical ideas to improve the employee experience and work environment, in alignment with the HR Lead and business priorities.
4–6 years of progressive HR generalist or HR partner experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia and within a multinational or matrix organization.
Strong hands-on knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
Good understanding of Saudi labor law, Saudization requirements, and local HR compliance expectations.
Experience working with or coordinating activities related to Saudi government platforms
Strong stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and collaboration skills, with the maturity to work with leaders and employees at different levels.
Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
