Role Summary:
The HR Partner, Compensation and Benefits Sr. Analyst plays a critical role in partnering with business leaders and HR teams to manage, design, and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, with a primary focus on the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. This position is responsible for ensuring regional competitiveness through data-driven insights, vendor coordination, and market analysis. As the subject matter expert for compensation and benefits across EMEA, the role involves developing best-in-class programs, monitoring compliance, and supporting strategic HR initiatives across the region.
Your role:
Act as the primary advisor on compensation and benefits matters for the EMEA region.
Consult with business leaders and HR Partners on regional compensation and benefits strategies.
Review and assess global compensation programs for regional competitiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
Manage and coordinate regional benefits programs in partnership with local vendors and benefit brokers, including annual renewals.
Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking to ensure roles are accurately aligned with global structures.
Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
Monitor legislative changes and regulatory developments impacting regional compensation and benefits programs.
Support global compensation and benefits initiatives, including strategy development, project execution, M&A integration, and restructuring activities.
Develop and implement communication and change management plans in collaboration with local leaders.
Address and resolve escalated employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits across EMEA.
Perform additional duties and project work as assigned.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong focus on the EMEA region.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
High level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and sound financial acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Prior experience managing compensation and benefits across multiple EMEA countries.
Familiarity with regional vendors and benefit brokers.
Knowledge of regional labor laws and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
