Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative operations or operations role, preferably within a multinational company.
* Understanding of Brazilian labor laws.
* Proficiency in systems like:
Contractor Management System (CMS)
Workforce Compliance Management System
Access Requirements Management System
Contractor Qualification and Compliance Platform
Vendor and Contractor Management Portal
Workforce Mobilization Platform
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is desired.
