Delta Galil is looking for a highly organized, service-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join the HR team.
This role is responsible for managing core HR operational processes while serving as a key point of contact for employees on a wide range of HR-related matters.
The position requires strong operational capabilities, attention to detail, and a high level of service mindset in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in the HR systems, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, promotions, and transfers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance documentation
- Serve as a central point of contact for employees, providing support on HR-related topics such as policies, benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, and HR systems
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and metrics as required
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation and process alignment
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, and other internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve HR operational processes and enhance employee experience
- 2–4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global organization
- English – mandatory
- Additional languages – an advantage

- Experience in a global, matrixed, or manufacturing organization
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience supporting employee populations across multiple sites or functions
