SUMMARY

Provide administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team, ensuring smooth HR processes including onboarding/offboarding, training logistics, and employee engagement. This entry-level role suits individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn HR operations. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboarding & Offboarding Support 

  • Prepare and distribute welcome kits and employment contracts. 

  • Act as a point of contact on the onboarding day to assist new hires. 

  • Coordinate induction sessions. 

  • Support offboarding processes, including exit documentation and clearance. 

Employee Engagement (EB) 

  • Organize university and office tours for visitors or new hires. 

  • Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and events. 

Learning & Development (L&D) 

  • Host monthly testing sessions and manage logistics for training programs. 

  • Assist with scheduling, preparing training materials, and tracking attendance. 

Recruitment Support 

  • Assist guiding People Leaders related to system process. 

  • Perform bulk uploads and data entry in HR systems for high-volume demands. 

  • Coordinate interview logistics when required. 

Additional Support 

  • Serve as a contact point for P&C on administrative and operational matters & respond to employee queries related to HR processes. 

  • Provide general assistance to HR projects and initiatives as assigned. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn HR systems. 

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
