Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in onboarding activities including induction coordination, validation of joining forms, and statutory compliance checks.
Support HRIS updates and maintenance (Workday or similar systems).
Track leave and attendance records and assist in payroll input collation.
Respond to employee queries and process change requests promptly.
Maintain accurate employee files and documentation.
Assist in exit management activities ensuring smooth offboarding.
Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Prepare basic reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations or internship experience in HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work under tight timelines and meet SLAs with accuracy.
Knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred) is an advantage.
