Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including employment contracts, contract renewals, and employee documentation.
- Handle employee movement processes, including promotions, transfers, mutations, and organizational changes.
- Maintain and monitor headcount data, ensuring accuracy of manpower reporting and workforce analytics.
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights to support workforce planning and management decision-making.
- Act as a key HR partner for internal stakeholders, providing support and guidance on HR operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal HR procedures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational processes and employee experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of employment contracts, employee lifecycle management, and HR operational processes.
- Experience handling employee promotions, transfers, and organizational movement administration.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, particularly in headcount management and HR data reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across different organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail, beauty, healthcare, or multi-business industries is a plus.
