Your  Career

HR Connect serves as the frontline point of contact for our employees, managers, leaders, and contractors inquiries, managing a diverse range of HR-related tasks and supporting different HR functions like Employee Relations, Compensation, and Benefits. 

We’re seeking an HR professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and who is comfortable always being the face of HR.

Your Impact

  • Answer employees' and managers’  inquiries via email, Service Now, Slack and resolve issues promptly or redirect them to the appropriate team if necessary.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HR team, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience. This includes administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, LOA, and record maintenance 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Payroll, Recruitment, etc) to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related tasks
  • Ensure data accuracy by performing data entry and compensation changes, transfers, and other data changes in Workday

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English 
  • Customer-service oriented with the ability to address employee inquiries and ensure follow-up and follow-through to employee requests 
  • Strong organizational skills  and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and advocate to ensure stakeholder needs are prioritized and addressed 
  • 1+ years’ experience in a global environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, practices, and employment law
  • Strong computer skills with  HCM systems, preferably  Workday (experience with the following tools is a plus: G-suite, ServiceNow, and DocuSign)
