We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to join our People Development Operations Team within a global HR organization. In this role, you will:
Own training administration and coordination, ensuring smooth delivery of programs across regions.
Act as a key contact for stakeholders, managing HR operational processes with reliability.
Support training sessions both on-site and virtually, providing setup, coordination, and participant assistance.
Manage multiple priorities confidently in a fast-paced international HR environment.
Travel flexibly between offices and external venues to support training and development activities.
Manage training processes end-to-end, including logistics, schedules, participants, trainers, and materials.
Execute training sessions on-site and virtually, serving as the main operational contact and providing support.
Maintain training records and documentation with accuracy, while continuously improving reporting standards.
Coordinate globally across HR and L&D teams to ensure alignment, timely execution, and stakeholder communication.
Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency in training operations and HR administration.
Strong English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
Effective stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organizational expertise and coordination abilities with high attention to detail.
