Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to join our People Development Operations Team within a global HR organization. In this role, you will:

  • Own training administration and coordination, ensuring smooth delivery of programs across regions.

  • Act as a key contact for stakeholders, managing HR operational processes with reliability.

  • Support training sessions both on-site and virtually, providing setup, coordination, and participant assistance.

  • Manage multiple priorities confidently in a fast-paced international HR environment.

  • Travel flexibly between offices and external venues to support training and development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage training processes end-to-end, including logistics, schedules, participants, trainers, and materials.

  • Execute training sessions on-site and virtually, serving as the main operational contact and providing support.

  • Maintain training records and documentation with accuracy, while continuously improving reporting standards.

  • Coordinate globally across HR and L&D teams to ensure alignment, timely execution, and stakeholder communication.

  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency in training operations and HR administration.
