We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist (0,5 FTE) to join our Benelux HR Operations team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our HR delivery—ensuring seamless processes, supporting employees, and driving continuous improvement across the HR function.
What you’ll doHR Administration
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee data within HR systems
- Manage key lifecycle processes: offers, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
- Assign employee classifications in line with applicable collective labour agreements (CAOs)
- Ensure compliant HR documentation and filing aligned with company policies and Dutch regulations
- Process HR data efficiently and accurately for employees and contingent workers
- Support HR Centers of Expertise and HR Business Partners with administrative activities
- Assist with HR audits and reporting to government bodies and other stakeholders
Employee Support
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and authorities
- Coordinate with providers such as pension, healthcare, and benefit partners
- Organize training and development initiatives together with HRBPs
- Support expat processes, including relocation, visas, and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and CAO requirements
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and improve efficiency
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bring ideas and best practices to elevate our HR service delivery
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or a service delivery environment
- Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with HR systems (Workday is a plus) and database management
- Solid knowledge of MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and case management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
