We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Human Resources team as a HR Operations Representative.
In this role you will support the EMEA and APAC regions and provide accurate, timely administrative support to the International HR teams, ensuring the smooth running of the HR function and help provide a world class HR service to our managers and associates.
This is a hybrid role, which will require office attendance at least twice per week.
General Responsibilities:
Manage HR cases within SLA via HR Connect, our case management system for Tier 1 – EMEA/APAC
Respond to emails & requests received in HR Queries mailbox in timely manner
Answer Workday requests / questions
Complete Workday transactional requests
Upload documents to Workday
Issue various letters as required including but not limited to; references, confirmation of employments, probation, promotion, merit & visa & business travel
Assist with monthly probation process, liaising with managers, HRBPs and drafting letters
Create user accounts in Replicon, our absence management / timesheet system for new starters
Process overtime reports in Replicon, ensuring reports are sent to payroll
Support audit requests, gather evidence as needed, redacting any PII
Support US & India Tier 1 cases during local holidays and office closures
Assist HR Operations Manager with various regional / global projects as needed
Facilitate New Hire Orientation session on rotation with team
Carry out other HR administrative tasks for region.
Your profile:
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting HR operations and employee services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Bachelor degree in a related field
Nice to have experienced in managing HR cases within SLA, responding to employee queries, and providing first-line support across multiple regions
Confident in using HR systems, preferably Workday to complete transactions, answer queries, upload documents, and maintain accurate employee records
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills both in writing and speaking
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident working with technology, with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and deliver accurate work in a deadline-driven environment
Friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting employees and improving HR processes
