We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes, reporting, employee engagement, and learning initiatives while working closely with the HR leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and procedures across the employee lifecycle

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth joining experience

• Maintain and generate HR MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards on a regular basis

• Support the HR Head in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives

• Assist the HR Head in Learning & Development activities, including coordination, tracking, and documentation

• Support HR operations documentation and process improvement initiatives as required​​​​​​​

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and coordination abilities

• Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned task

Eligibility

• MBA / MSW / PGDM (HR) students or any recent graduates

• Available for a full-time internship for 6 months
