Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive modernization initiatives across Medicare Advantage, ACA & Medicaid programs in Risk & Quality Solutions by implementing Advanced Analytics solutions at scale
- Develop the pyspark programs across all LOBs
- Mentor and guide the other team members for effective Analytical solutions
- Work with Tech assets team OPSI, EDPS, CS wherever require to triage the new reports
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in big data - spark, python, hive, shell scripting, sqoop
- Proven ability to work independently with business leaders/RQS Decision Intelligence team to understand the business requirements and translate them to technical implementation for Data Science solutions
- Demonstrated technical and strategic excellence in developing Data Science solutions in past
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated solid interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate on cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous, complex, and difficult situations
- Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple stakeholders, including clinicians and payers
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in Cloud and Azure
