Design and lead scalable, secure Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and GCP. Define architecture standards, optimize PostgreSQL schemas, implement Redis caching, support CI/CD and DevOps, mentor teams, run architecture and code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver resilient enterprise applications.

Design and implement test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs; integrate AI-driven tools into testing; collaborate on CI/CD pipeline integration; drive testing innovation; perform root-cause analysis; mentor junior engineers and improve test coverage.

Provide technical, customer‑facing SaaS support: manage and resolve tickets within SLAs, escalate and track issues, document actions in Zendesk, analyze logs and connectivity, troubleshoot databases and cloud data flows, and contribute knowledge‑base content.

Serve as a senior technical advisor to enterprise customers: design Amplitude data architecture and taxonomy, guide instrumentation and AI workflows, embed AI into workflows, unlock product analytics use cases, collaborate with product and engineering, and gather customer insights to improve documentation and delivery.
