Overview

Are you organized, dependable, comfortable working with data and systems, and someone others can count on to get things done?

Element is looking for an HR Operations Generalist to join our team in Blue Ash. You don’t need to check every traditional HR operations box to be successful here. We’re looking for someone with the aptitude, attitude, attention to detail, and customer-service mindset to learn our HR processes and become a trusted member of the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, data, processes, and technology and takes pride in doing accurate, dependable work.

This position is based in our Corporate Services HQ in Blue Ash and offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and internal partners, helping resolve HR questions and requests.
  • Work across systems including Dayforce, Halo, email, and other HR platforms to manage employee requests and transactions.
  • Support onboarding activities, employee data updates, unemployment claims, I-9/E-Verify processes, and other HR administration.
  • Review and respond appropriately to employee information requests from government agencies and other external parties.
  • Handle employee information with a high level of accuracy, judgment, and confidentiality.
  • Pitch in when priorities shift, whether that means solving an employee issue or working through a large volume of system updates.
  • Learn our processes, ask thoughtful questions, and become someone the team can trust to own work without constant follow-up.
Skills / Qualifications

You may have experience in HR operations, customer service, quality, administration, shared services, data coordination, or another detail-oriented environment. More important than a specific background, you:

  • Are highly dependable and self-directed. When you commit to something, people know it will get done.
  • Have strong attention to detail and understand that accuracy matters when working with employee data.
  • Are comfortable with Excel, technology, systems, and learning new tools.
  • Enjoy helping people and can maintain a positive, professional approach, even when requests are challenging.
  • Communicate clearly and know when to ask questions or escalate an issue rather than making assumptions.
  • Can juggle competing priorities and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when the team needs help.
  • Bring a service-oriented, can-do mindset and enjoy building strong working relationships.
  • Are looking for a role where you can become a valued, long-term member of a collaborative team.
