Your unique contribution

We are looking for a HR Operations Coordinator to join our close-knit HR team. This role involves providing proactive and efficient coordination support to the HR team, with a focus on executing HR administration processes, supporting employee life cycle activities, and generating reports.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including preparing employment contracts, initiating onboarding, and processing resignations/terminations.

  • Maintain HR administration trackers and spreadsheets.

  • Update the internal company portal with HR information and assist with Workday reporting, system maintenance, and data integrity

  • Support learning and development administration, including record-keeping and event coordination.

  • Experience in a coordination/administrative role, preferably within a HR function

  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS, preferably Workday,.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Able to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
