We are looking for an Junior HR Operations Analyst where you will get a chance to play a key role in ensuring payroll excellence, managing time and attendance, administering benefits, and supporting HR communications and employee engagement initiatives within a diverse team that pushes boundaries.

About the Job

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including validations, audits, and reconciliations
  • Manage time and attendance processes, ensuring compliance with local labor legislation
  • Act as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and adjustments
  • Manage the employee benefits lifecycle (enrollment, changes, and terminations)
  • Maintain HR data accuracy across systems (hires, changes, terminations)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
  • Support the execution of HR internal communication initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of internal HR events (onboarding sessions, engagement activities, celebrations, town halls)
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR operational processes and controls

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:  

  • 1+ year of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, HR Administration, or similar roles.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of payroll, time management, and benefits processes
  • Experience working with HR systems or HR databases
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Fluency in English at B2 level or higher
