Your role and responsibilities
Processing day-to-day HR requests related to multiple service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Payroll, Compensation &Benefits) while ensuring all quality, time and internal controls are maintained,
Communicating information about policies and standards to internal customers clearly and concisely to ensure adoption,
Delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees according to defined Service Level Agreements,
Ensuring that all systems and databases remain up to date with current employee and organizational information, maintaining a high level of data quality and providing on-demand reports where required,
Supporting smooth implementation of new company projects and transitions by providing data or participating in testing phases.
Qualifications for the role
University graduate in related fields,
Up to 3 years of experience in HR Services in a global company,
Knowledge of SAP, MS Office (Good knowledge of Excel is required).
Knowledge of Workday would be beneficial,
Excellent English language skills ( both verbal and written),
The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams with project management mindset,
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
