This HR Delivery Specialist is responsible for leading and optimizing HR delivery processes to ensure the efficient and effective execution of HR services across the organization. What you will do

- Deliver advanced learning and remuneration administration services, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Oversee payroll systems and local HR tools, conducting in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Solve complex administrative and interface problems, ensuring seamless operations.
- Lead the development and updating of reference guides and work instructions.
- Direct participation in HR system tests (UAT, business testing) and oversee functional customization efforts.
- Provide strategic operational knowledge to projects, manage data uploads, and oversee interfaces between SuccessFactors and supplier systems.
- Generate, analyze, and present complex ad hoc reports and statistics; perform thorough data audits and corrections.
- Ensure comprehensive legal compliance in data management, setting standards for the organization.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR delivery or a related field, with a track record of leading complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience in process analysis and strategic improvements.
- Extensive experience in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
- Experience with SOX compliance and advanced HR system management.
- Experience in ensuring legal compliance in data management and reporting.
