We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our HR WITA Talent Acquisition Operations (TAO) team as an Onboarding Analyst (C09), supporting APAC. This role is critical in delivering a compliant, efficient, and high-quality onboarding experience that protects Citi’s franchise and supports business growth.
Role Overview
The HR Onboarding Quality Analyst - APAC/EMEA is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of onboarding activities across regions. The role requires strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a global service delivery model.
In this role, your responsibilities include:
Onboarding Delivery
Complete onboarding tasks accurately and on time in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Track and follow up on outstanding onboarding requirements to prevent delays or escalations.
Respond to onboarding-related inquiries via email and ServiceNow within required timeframes.
Provide clear and regular status updates to team leads and stakeholders.
Risk, Control, & Compliance
Follow HR WITA TAO onboarding procedures, controls, and maker-checker requirements.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, records management, document retention, and work authorization policies.
Maintain accurate data in onboarding systems and ensure secure handling of documentation.
Identify, escalate, and support resolution of risks, issues, or control gaps.
Efficiency & Continuous Improvement
Ensure accuracy of onboarding information to avoid rework or downstream impact.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
Participate in process improvement, automation, or simplification initiatives.
Collaboration & Knowledge
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to support smooth onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of onboarding processes, systems, and regional requirements.
Support team training, cross-training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
At least 1 year of experience in recruiting administration, onboarding operations, or staffing; experience in Banking or Financial Services is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global service delivery environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Proficiency in HR systems and collaboration tools, preferably Workday Recruiting, ServiceNow, MS Teams, and Zoom.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
