About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR officer to join our esteemed HR consulting and training firm. As an HR officer, you will be an integral part of our team, providing comprehensive HR support and services to our diverse portfolio of clients. You will play a critical role in supporting our human resources department in various administrative tasks and functions, implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee queries, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
In this role, you will:
Manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for assigned clients.
Manage full-cycle recruitment and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Assist clients in developing HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with their business objectives and industry best practices.
Implement learning and development processes for client teams.
Conduct internal and client employee relations
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, advising clients on HR compliance requirements and best practices.
Design and implement performance management systems and processes to drive employee engagement, development, and accountability.
Provide expert guidance and advice to designated clients on a wide range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to track key HR performance indicators, such as turnover rates, engagement scores, and diversity metrics.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles. Background in HR consulting or advisory services would be an added advantage.
Experience using an ATS such as Zoho Recruit is an added advantage.
Affiliation with a HR Association such as CIPM will be an added advantage
Demonstrated expertise in providing strategic HR solutions and services
Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong proficiencies in Microsoft office tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
