Job Description:
- Supporting the HR department in current tasks (providing feedback, taking care of new hires);
- Ensuring proper flow of the information within the company;
- Coordinating mail flow in and out of office;
- Managing the visitors book and giving out security passes;
- Performing ad hoc tasks in the office;
- Supporting the management team;
- Producing reports, correspondence, spreadsheets and other documentation as required.
We expect from applicants:
- Very good command of English (written and spoken);
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
- Organized, flexible and able to work under time pressure;
- Compliance with UPS policy;
- Strong customer focus and communication skills;
- At least 6 month employment track at current position in GBS (for internal candidates only);
- Experience on a similar position will be an advantage.
