Role Purpose
Contributes to define and implement the HR strategy to achieve business objectives in own function/local organization, facilitating the change. Supports the HR Manager in developing and deploying strategic human resources programs and practices to own organization in order to drive greater organizational performance and effectiveness. To provide advisory for hiring managers in terms of proper recruitments, training and supporting them. Supporting HR manager in talent acquisitions: by working on employees development (support in trainings and development for bands A and B)
Main Accountabilities
HR advisory
-
Provides support in assessing the organization set-up in order to achieve better effectiveness and efficiency, to meet the enterprise business priorities and the HR strategic agenda’s requirements for the own organization,

Recommending and implementing HR solutions,
-
Advising managers on HR issues: personnel decisions, employee development, employee remuneration, conflicts etc.,

Supporting Managers in HR documents preparation,
-
Monitoring HR KPI: e.g. retention, sickness absence rate. Making analysis and providing recommendations to business,
-
Represents HR in the business, builds partnerships between employees, HR and Managers
HR projects and processes

Engagement survey for employees: preparation, communication, support for employees and managers
-
Implementing initiatives increasing engagement and work satisfaction in GSS
-
Internal Communication strategy co-creation and support in implementation
-
Co-creation and implementation of Employer Branding strategy
-
Talent Management process: support for employees and managers in process
-
Identifies training and development needs through performance management system outcomes, as well as competencies and leadership behaviors evaluation ones
-
Support in the internal training program. Conducting internal training to increase soft skills capabilities
-
Promotes a culture of daily recognition among employees at work, leveraging on people leaders.

Support HR manager in working on retention – exit interviews – information gathering, data analysis
-
Ensure business continuity of provided services, documenting and updating process guidelines and eliminating single dependencies where possible – build data knowledge management

Collaborating with HR teams globally, including People Services, HRIS team e.g., to implement Workday system optimization
-
Be a person supporting HR manager in terms of his/her absences.
Performance Measures

Projects/ processes are completed according to the schedule, goals are met,

Meeting KPI’s,

All corporate projects/ processes are realized within the GSS; Strategy is created, implemented and reviewed quarterly,

Is energetic in pursuing business objectives and opportunities for improvement and is tenacious in overcoming difficulties,

Clearly analyses complex data or problems to develop a clear understanding of priorities and achieve the desired result.
Skills and Experience
-
Proven work experience as an HR consultant or similar role at least 4 years,
-
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, project management and process documentation and mapping skills and ability to apply critical thinking,
-
Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday),
-
Polish labor law knowledge in practice,
-
Experience of working within HR in a multinational environment,
-
Good command of the English language, both verbal and in writing,
-
Functional knowledge of associated HR business processes and best practices,
-
Resilient and able to deal with changing business requirements and challenging situations in a positive and productive manner,
-
Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point,
-
Ability to deliver work to a high-quality standard,
-
Build and maintenance positive customer relationship,

Very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills,

Demonstrates a highly collaborative, service oriented, team-player mind-set,

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field,

Postgraduate studies in human resource management.
