We are looking for talented individual to join Marsh Japan as HR Generalist. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

Marsh in JapanのHRジェネラリストとして、人事部長やシニアマネジャーとともに組織の成長戦略を人事の側面から支援します

  • 組織の成長戦略やそれに伴う人事戦略を立案・実行
  • ビジネスリーダーや管理監督者に対して人事運営や方針について助言
  • 新たな施策や活動を推進するとともに、組織の再設計や再編に伴う適切な計画を実行
  • 社内のパフォーマンス管理、コーチング、研修、キャリア開発などタレントマネジメントプログラムを構築
  • 人事サービスの改善機会を特定し、リージョンやグローバルの同僚や、採用・人事オペレーションなどHR内のチームと協力し、改善を図る

What you need to have / 必須条件:

  • 学士号以上
  • 数年以上の人事経験(HRジェネラリストやHRBP尚可)
  • 日本の雇用条例や労働要件に関する基礎知識
  • 人事プロセスや運営について一定の理解
  • 日本の人事のベストプラクティスやコンプライアンスの知識
  • 従業員のライフサイクルのあらゆる側面を通じて、従業員やその管理者と適切なコミュニケーションが取れること
  • 日本語力必須。英語力(読み・書き中心)があると尚可
