1. Recruitment and Onboarding
Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of employees across all departments.
Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth adaptation and integration of new hires.
Manage and maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline to support the company’s growth.
Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Control and optimize the compensation and benefits budget.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
Foster and promote a positive corporate culture aligned with DIA Properties’ values and mission.
Organize corporate events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
Develop and implement initiatives aimed at employee motivation, retention, and professional growth.
Advise management on HR policies, best practices, and organizational structure.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR practices.
Fluency in Russian is mandatory; English proficiency required.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
