Job DescriptionJak můžete přispět ke změně a rozvoji společnosti?
- Převezmete plnou odpovědnost za HR agendu a procesy napříč celým životním cyklem zaměstnance
- Stanete se strategickým partnerem managementu a klíčovou oporou v oblasti řízení lidí
- Zajistíte soulad HR procesů s legislativou a implementaci změn pracovního práva
- Budete rozvíjet HR procesy (nábor, onboarding, vzdělávání, výkonové řízení, talent management) a zvyšovat jejich efektivitu
- Podpoříte interní komunikaci, firemní kulturu a engagement zaměstnanců
- Ponesete odpovědnost za HR reporting, budget a plánování
- Budete spolupracovat s externími partnery (mzdy, agentury, benefity) a případně jednat s odbory
- Aktivně přispějete k optimalizaci nákladů a efektivnímu fungování organizace
Co o Vás potřebujeme vědět?
- Máte min. 5 let zkušeností v HR, z toho alespoň 2 roky v manažerské roli
- Orientujete se v českém pracovním právu a HR procesech
- Máte zkušenost s HR ve výrobní nebo mezinárodní společnosti (výhodou)
- Umíte kombinovat strategické myšlení s operativním přístupem
- Jste silný/á v komunikaci, organizaci a práci s lidmi
- Domluvíte se anglicky (denní komunikace)
- Jste samostatný/á, zodpovědný/á a orientovaný/á na výsledky
