The Human Resource Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for overseeing the full cycle of Human Resources while managing a team of experienced HR professionals. What will I be doing?
- Be a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and individual team members to help them deliver their best work every single day and coach on a variety of people issues.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring they understand and effectively carry out their roles and responsibilities and provide guidance in their professional growth and development.
- Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, and skill development.
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, promotions and incentive programs.
- Partner with the business to lead performance management and talent development.
- Work with managers and employees to address various employee relations issues.
- Ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Work with the recruiting team on creating an aggressive recruitment strategy to hire customer centric technical support staff.
- Advise and direct on matters related to compliance and employment law
- Work closely with the HR leadership team on company-wide HR initiatives including HRIS enhancements, organizational effectiveness, benefits and compensation strategy and training and development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of HR Business Partner experience and a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
- Strong experience with (and interest in) coaching and developing employees and managers
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.
- PHR or SPHR strongly preferred

Skills Required
