renewable energy and sustainability industry, is seeking to hire a dynamic Human
Resources Manager to lead and oversee the full scope of HR operations. The role
requires a professional who can balance strategic alignment with management
while cultivating a strong, people-centred company culture. The ideal
candidate will bring extensive experience in performance management,
organizational development, and HR leadership, ensuring that all human resources
functions are executed effectively and in compliance with both local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Partner with management to drive organizational goals and provide sound advice on HR-related decisions.
- Lead performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and developing performance improvement strategies.
- Foster a strong organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and alignment with the company’s values.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee learning and development programs to support staff growth and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures fairly and consistently.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s
degree or professional HR certification is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive
HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in performance
management systems and organizational culture development.
- Strong knowledge of local labor
laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
decision-making at management level.
- Demonstrated ability to balance
employee advocacy with organizational priorities.
- Strong leadership skills with the
ability to inspire and develop a high-performing HR team.
Skills Required
