Requirements
Key Qualifications:
• Professional HR
certification is an added advantage
• Minimum 1-3 years’ HR
experience, preferably in a factory/manufacturing setting, would be extremely
valuable.
Key Responsibilities;
• Monitor and follow up on
employee contracts and renewals
• Review and update
existing HR policies and practices
• Provide guidance and
advice on personnel matters
• Ensure the company
remains compliant with labor laws and regulatory requirements
Competencies:
• Proven leadership and
people management skills
• Excellent communication,
negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in performance
management and employee engagement
• Proficiency in HR systems
and Microsoft Office
