About Us
Atomic is the leading venture studio for company creation, partnering with extraordinary founders to launch businesses that reshape massive industries. We co-found companies by pairing ambitious talent with validated ideas, operational support, and early-stage capital—helping them move faster, smarter, and with greater impact.
Since 2012, Atomic has launched over 30 companies including Hims & Hers, OpenStore, Found, Bungalow, Homebound, and Replicant, generating billions in enterprise value. We have offices in Miami, NYC, and San Francisco, and a distributed team across North America.
Our latest venture, American Growth Insurance, is reimagining how mid-sized insurance agencies operate by applying the most advanced AI capabilities to a highly fragmented and operationally burdensome sector.
We’re building the AI-native infrastructure to power the next generation of insurance services.
Mid-sized insurance agencies are drowning in manual workflows, legacy software, and administrative overhead. We see an opportunity to build an end-to-end AI automation platform that streamlines back-office operations, enhances decision-making, and unlocks growth for this underserved segment of the insurance industry.
We're backed by top-tier investors and have deep conviction in the demand from our earliest agency partners. We’re building in collaboration with early adopters to test, refine, and deploy real-world vertical AI tools—and we're just getting started. This is a chance to join at the ground level, shape vertical AI workflows from 0-1, and help create something truly transformative.

What We Do
Atomic is a venture studio and fund created in 2012 by serial entrepreneur Jack Abraham to speed and scale the process of building high-growth companies. Atomic pioneered the studio-fund model of bringing together ideas, capital, talent, and resources to start companies in parallel and has built successful companies across industries ranging from fintech, web3, and the workplace to proptech, education, and the enterprise. Bungalow, Found, Hims & Hers (NYSE: HIMS), Homebound, OpenStore, and Replicant are some of the companies we've built. When co-founders join Atomic, they team up with an experienced group of founders and a built-in team of specialists ranging from legal and finance to HR, design, and marketing. Described by Forbes as "The Pixar of Silicon Valley," Atomic is headquartered in Miami and San Francisco and has a distributed team across the U.S. and Canada.
