Develop and maintain embedded Linux device platforms from BSP through application level. Own reliable on-device video pipelines using RTSP, GStreamer or FFmpeg, WebRTC, and hardware acceleration. Collaborate across hardware, ML, backend, and mobile teams; drive features through production; diagnose remote fleet issues; and establish observability, reliability, and recovery standards for devices operating on consumer home networks.

Own the architecture, quality, and technical direction of a production perception system for home security hardware. Develop robust computer vision and machine learning pipelines for multi-camera tracking, sensor fusion, object identity, and edge GPU inference. Define evaluation metrics, regression infrastructure, observability, and failure handling while optimizing accuracy, latency, and cost. Lead cross-functional technical decisions and mentor engineers across perception, hardware, cloud, and product teams.

Build and deploy domain-specific AI agents and AI-native workflow systems for operating companies. Responsibilities include developing evaluation infrastructure, fine-tuning and routing frontier and open models, migrating legacy datasets, observing customer workflows, creating reusable AI engineering infrastructure and playbooks, and managing embedded AI engineers while spending approximately 90% of the time building.

Source and engage software founders across 25+ niche verticals through high-volume outbound outreach and long-term relationship building. Own a 2,000+ company pipeline, qualify acquisition targets, attend industry trade shows, conduct financial pre-diligence, support valuation analysis and LOI drafting, and quarterback deals through signed letters of intent.

Future Founders at Atomic are experienced entrepreneurs who validate concepts, generate traction, and build founding teams for new companies. They bring industry knowledge and leadership experience to scale the ventures.

Work directly with the Founder/Managing Partner to prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives. Drive decisions, own follow-through end-to-end, represent the CEO with stakeholders, align leadership, sit in board meetings, and act as liaison across the firm and portfolio. Use AI and automation to increase leverage and scale the CEO's capacity while handling sensitive matters with discretion.
