Own paid acquisition, creative strategy, funnel and lifecycle optimization, and experimentation to improve CAC, conversion, and payback. Partner with agencies and internal teams to launch high-performing ads, landing pages, and reactivation flows that drive measurable member growth.

Work directly with the Founder/Managing Partner to prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives. Drive decisions, own follow-through end-to-end, represent the CEO with stakeholders, align leadership, sit in board meetings, and act as liaison across the firm and portfolio. Use AI and automation to increase leverage and scale the CEO's capacity while handling sensitive matters with discretion.
