At VCLS, our people make the difference. As our HR & Payroll Executive for France and Switzerland, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and caring HR support for our teams. This role is perfect for someone with experience in HR administration or payroll who wants to grow into a broader HR role.
What You’ll DoPayroll & HR Administration- Prepare and manage monthly payroll inputs with accuracy.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Track time off, absences, and required documentation.
- Ensure HR data is complete, reliable, and up to date in all systems.
- Be the first point of contact for HR and payroll questions.
- Provide clear information on policies, benefits, and processes.
- Support employees with day-to-day requests in a friendly, professional way.
- Support compliance with French labor law and local regulations.
- Assist with documentation for employee relations topics.
- Help prepare materials for the CSE and coordinate with external partners.
- Help improve HR processes, templates, and workflows.
- Act as HR system administrator for France and Switzerland.
- Support global HR projects in areas like compensation, systems, and engagement.

Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience in France, ideally in an international or consulting environment
- Payroll experience
- Knowledge of French labor law and CSE processes; exposure to Swiss employment practices a plus.
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and HR systems (Odoo experience a plus).
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on, organized, and solutions-oriented — equally comfortable in the details and in strategic discussions.
