INEOS has an exciting opportunity for a part - time HR Manager - Generalist to join our INEOS Composites business at our Finnish plant (Porvoo). This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the HR function. This position will report to EMEA HR Lead.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
 

HR Manager Finland is responsible of the HR activity of the Finn Composites team. Working closely with local management team, the HR Manager is responsible of full HR activity in the country; including full process: from sourcing (recruiting), compensation (payroll and benefits) administration, compliance and employee engagement, training & experience; being the first point of contact for employees and managers.
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

Level of education & Experience in general

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, required or Minimum of 2 to 5 years Human Resources Generalist experience in Industrial environment with production facilities.
• Experienced in multi-cultural environment.

Technical skills

• Workday knowledge
• SAP experienced
• Strong technical skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with database concepts.

Behavioural skills

• Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
• Highly accurate, organized and attentive to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Communicate and interact with various personalities at all organizational levels.
