We have a Brand Manager Biscuit role available for someone who wants to join a fun and ambitious team working to make a difference. We are looking for someone with a hunger for snacks - and an equal appetite for growing the business, the brand, and themselves.
Collaboration with cross-functional regional and local teams, implement brand strategy aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities.
The responsibility is for Finland, but the position has a key role in the Nordic team.
How you will contribute
In your day-to-day activities you will work with others to build and execute the segment strategy and plans, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans.
You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support to ensure marketing plans meet revenue, profit targets and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will help develop integrated marketing communication campaigns.
Main responsibility
  • Category strategy & business plans

  • Consumer curious - You will dig into research, data, and cultural trends to uncover what moves our consumers - and turn those insights into opportunities that keep your category and brands relevant and irresistible.

  • Trend spotter - You will keep your finger on the pulse of what's happening in culture, in the category, and among competitors - so we always stay one step ahead.

  • Driving right Portfolio choices by optimizing core and creating clear innovation plans to growth the category and brand

  • Activating - reinforcing your brands and segments through integrated campaigns across channels - the kind that make people stop, smile, and reach out for your brands. You will implement media plan, ensuring consistency in communication with focus on driving digital first.

  • Performance - You will manage daily business tracking performance KPIs (market share, volume, revenue and profit) as well as keeping a close eye on brand KPIs (awareness, consideration, penetration) and turn the numbers into clear next steps.

  • A&C (Market Spend) understanding and tracking

  • Team player - You will collaborate close with other functions and markets, sharing ideas and raising the bar together.
